You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
Don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse the pairing protocol against devices you don't own.
If — and only if — you enable "Let SoNex learn my home", short audio clips are collected to improve detection. That audio is used only for training/improvement, is never shared with third parties, and is deleted automatically after it has been used for training. You can turn this off at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
